Altar Servers assist the celebrant at the altar as needed by the presider during the Mass and on other liturgical occasions.  Due to the nature of this ministry, a commitment to serve when scheduled, ongoing training sessions, and arrival at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of Mass is required.  This ministry opportunity is available to those who have received their First Holy Communion.
