The 2012 Stewardship theme focuses on the depth of the great love God has for us. God loves us so much that His only Son suffered, died and rose again for our sake. He died so we may live in glory with God for eternity. We live a life of Stewardship when the blessings that flow to us from God flow through us to others. This is what we do when we return our time, talent and tithe to fulfill the mission of the Church on earth. Members of the Stewardship Council are appointed by the Pastor to assist in encouraging an active response to our baptismal call to live as Disciples of Christ. Primary activities of the Council include the Stewardship Renewal Period in the fall, the Ministry Opportunity Fairs, the Day of Reflection and assistance with questions concerning Stewardship.
Our Finance Council and Parish Advisory Board are invited by the Pastor to serve as representatives of our community. At this time these councils are fully staffed.

What do you REALLY want out of your life? If you want a life of true significance and inner peace, come join our small group scripture study to learn about the Road to Abundant Life. The disciples on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35) went from discouragement and frustration to inspiration and true peace. This study will enable you to end money stress and find personal spiritual breakthroughs along the way. You’ll discover God’s financial principles for every day life, how to plan confidently and peacefully for your highest material and spiritual good, and have fun and fellowship with other seekers in a confidential, informal atmosphere.

Grief is a natural and necessary journey that follows the death of someone we love. As such, it deserves our attention and our respect, as well as the support of others if we are to heal. This ministry consists of six to eight weekly two-hour sessions that are organized around the six needs that all mourners must have met in order to heal. Sessions are scheduled as needed throughout the year.
