Ministry with opportunity to meet new people, make friends, help with the sales staffing, stocking and assisting visitors with their needs. The gift shop is located in the Church and is open before and after Masses and other hours as scheduled. |

Office Volunteers – 39 |

An opportunity to assist with general office duties such as answering telephones, filing, typing, greeting, bulk mail, computer input, staff assistance and welcoming people who come into the office. Training is provided and time commitment is varied. Steward volunteers are needed for this diverse opportunity to share your smile and talents! |

Group of enthusiastic and spirited QOP community members offering a warm, hospitable welcome, extending Christian hospitality, educating on stewardship, and inviting and encouraging new members’ involvement into our Parish Community on a spiritual, involved and fellowship level, Events to be held every other month on the 4th Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:45pm offering a fellowship meal and an informational evening. |
Consider joining this exciting ministry team which offers a variety of stewardship opportunities including: meal preparation, hosting an event, new member contact, educational presentations and preparation of Welcome Packets and materials. Time commitment varies according to your area of interest. |

Babysitting Service – 41 |

This is a volunteer and paid ministry providing childcare for the various ministry groups, missions, school meetings and other Church events so parents can actively participate within our community. It is requested that needs be scheduled at least two weeks in advance when possible. Two un-related adults are always assigned and more as needed. Teens may assist with the adult(s). |

Childcare for walking toddlers through age 3 staffed by parents who use the nursery during the 10:00am Mass. Due to diocesan requirements, number of children is limited and fingerprinting and background checks are required for all parents. |

After Mass fellowship social providing an ongoing opportunity to mingle and meet other community members. Assistance is needed to host, purchase and set up for event which is held after the 6pm Sat. Mass. Hosting help is needed. |

The Communications Team consists of several communications tools, which include: the Web Page, the Good News bulletin, State of the Parish report, various ministry brochures and other special feature documents. |
Some of the talents for involvement in this ministry area include: writing, layout and design, computer skills, production and graphic arts capabilities. This is a good opportunity for creativity and some team interaction with other community members. |

This annual event is our only FUNd raising opportunity where the proceeds go directly to support a special project for the Church community. The committee is comprised of a dynamic, energetic, passionate and fun group of stewards contributing their time and talent to plan, organize and implement multiple social events in this fall festival with the annual Dinner Dance Gala being one of the highlights of the year for the community. |
